Janata Bank Nepal has announced 8.5% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 24 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 8.5% or 68 crore Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8 arba.
