IPO allotment of Infinity Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha has been concluded today, 22 Jestha 2076 at the premises of Civil Capital Limited.
As per capital, 329,706 applicants had applied for 69,29,910 units of shares. Out of which 627 applicants became invalid. The issue is oversubscribed by 11.03 times.
The company had issued IPO from 13 Jestha to 16 Jestha 2076. It had floated 0.5% or 10,370 units for employees, 5% or 33,700 units of existing mutual fund and remaining 6,29,930 units for general public.
As per allotment modules, only 62,993 applicants are allotted with 10 units of shares through lottery. 80.86% or 2.66 lakh applicants became empty handed.
