IME general Insurance has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM). The book will be remains close from 15 Ashad to 29 Ashad 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 14 Ashad 2076 or day ahead of book close will be eligible to attain AGM.
21th AGM of the company will be convened at Lainchour Banquet, Lainchour, Kathmandu on 29 Ashad 2076, 11:AM.
Agendas of AGM are:
- To endorse 5% or 10:0.5 bonus share from the income of FY 2074/75
- To approved audited financial statements of FY 2074/75
- To appoints statutory auditors for FY2075/76
- To amend MOA or AOA
- Merger & acquisitions with appropriate non life insurance
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.97.20 crore.
