The agendas of AGM are; to endorse 2.40% bonus share & 7.9145% cash dividend from FY2074/75, to approve audited financial statement of FY2074/75, to appoint auditor, to approve acquisition with Jyoti Bikas Bank & to approve 1:1 swap ratio through DDA, to amend MOA & AOA, etc.
Trading of Harmo bikas bank is halt from 32 Ashad 2075 as it has signed acquisition agreement with Jyoti Bikas Bank. So, if any shareholders fail to transfer ownership till now should register in the book within 25 Aswin 2075.
