Hamro Bikas Bank announces 10.31% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of Rs.2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 2.40% bonus share & 7.9145% cash dividend including tax for dividend.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
It is to be acquired by Jyoti Bikas Bank. Both party has signed the agreement paper of acquisition. Swap ratio to be fixed by DDA report.
