Green development bank announces book close for AGM. The AGM will be held on 08 Ashoj 2075.
As per the notice published NEPSE, 120th board meeting of the bank has book closure date for 5th annual general meeting (AGM). The book will be close from 22 Bhadra to 08 Ashoj 2075.
Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 21 Bhadra or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
