Grameen Bikas Laghubitta to issue 50% right share, calls special general meeting (SGM) to be held on 05 Ashoj 2075. The SGM will be held in the premises of Asian Hotel, Kalikanagar, Rupandehi at 11:30 AM.
The main agendas of meeting are; To issue 50% right share to its shareholders worths Rs.32.75 crore, to provide 1 unit share to its shareholders for fraction shares in right issue, to hike its capital to Rs.98.25 core from Rs.62.50 crore, to amend Memorandum of Association & articles of association, etc.
For the SGM, it has announces book closure date. The book will be close from 18 Bhadra to 05 Ashoj 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 17 Bhadra 2075 or one day ahead of book will be eligible for taking part in SGM.
