Global IME Bank will float “10% Global IME Bank Debenture 2080/81” worth Rs.1.5 arba from today, 15 Falgun 2075. The early date of closing the issue is 19 Falgun 2075. If not subscribe within 4 days, it will be remains open till 14 Chaitra 2075.
Its maturity period is 5 year. The debentures holders will get 10% interest annully.
It is issuing 1,500,000 units of debentures at the rate of Rs.1000. It had allocated debenture worth Rs. 60 crore for general public & rest for others.

Interested applicants can apply for minimum 25 units & maximum 75,000 units.
