Garima Bikas Bank has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on 14 Kartik 2076 has decided to distribute 16.15% or Rs.45.03 crore bonus shares and 0.85% or Rs.2.37 crore cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.2.78 arba.
