First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from income of FY 2075/76.
As per notice in Nepse, board meeting of the microfinance held on 27 Shrawan 2076 had decided to distribute 17 % or Rs.11.63 crore bonus shares & 0.8947% or Rs.61.23 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
