Everest Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on 26 Aswin 2076 has decided to distribute 5% Bonus shares and 20% cash dividend including total dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.8.06 arba
