Deva Bikas Bank has announced book close for Annual general meeting (AGM).
The book will be close from 06 Asar to 12 Asar 2076 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 05 Asar 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend.
From the AGM, the bank will endorse 5.5% bonus shares for shareholders from the income of FY2074/75.
