Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 25Mangsir 2076 has decided to distribute 45% dividend (30% or Rs.23.20 crore bonus shares and 15% or Rs.11.60 crore Rs. cash dividend) including total dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Paid up capital stands at Rs.77.34 crore.
