Civil Bank limited has announced divided for shareholders from the income of FY2074/75.
As per the notice in Nepse, board meeting of the bank held on 3 Falgun 2075 had deceived to distribute 4.05% or 29.40 crore cash dividend for shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & annual general meeting of the bank.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.7.25 arba.
