Civil Bank has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on 20 Kartik 2076 has decided to distribute 6.57% or Rs.52.58 crore cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.8.00 arba
