Civil Bank announces book close & AGM. The bank is going to convene AGM of 2 Fiscal year at once, FY 2073/74 & FY2074/75.
7th & 8th annual General meeting of Bank willl be held on 27 Baishak 2076 at AmritBhok, Kalikasthan Dillibazar, Kathmandu, 11:00 AM.
The book will be close 10 Baishak to 27 Baishak 2076. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 09 Baishak 2076 will be eligible to attain AGM & get Dividend.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 10.25% Bonus shares of FY 2073/74 and 0.54% or 3.91 crore cash dividend of FY 2073/74.
- To approve 4.05% or Rs.29.40 crore cash dividend of FY 2074/75.
- To approve audited financial statement of FY 2073/74 & 2074/75.
- To appointed statutory auditors for FY 2075/76.
- To amend MOA & AOA.
- Merger & acquisition with appropriate BFIs.
