Citizen Investment Trust limited has proposed 22.06% bonus share to its shareholders.
As per the notice, the board meeting of the company has proposed 22.06% bonus share worth Rs.1,92,287,966 and 1.16% cash dividend for tax purpose worth Rs.1,04,85,735 from the income of FY 2073/75.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.74.04 crore. After bonus adjustment, paid up capital will reach to Rs.90.36 crore.
