Citizens Bank has announced 5.263% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 25 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 3.628% Bonus Share and 1.635% Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.03 arba. After bonus share, paid up capital will reach to Rs.8.32 arba.
Chilime Hydropower Company has announced 25% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 26 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 20% Bonus Share and 5% Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Annual general meeting of the company.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.3.96 arba. After bonus share, paid up capital will reach to Rs.4.75 arba.
