Annual General meeting (AGM) of Bank willl be held on 30 Baishak 2076 at Hotel Samana Pvt. Ltd,Hetauda, Makawanpur, 10:30 AM.
The book will be close 16 Baishak to 30 Baishak 2076. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 15 Baishak 2076 will be eligible to attain AGM & get Dividend.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 18% or Rs. 18 crore Bonus shares and 22% or 22 crore Cash dividend of FY 2074/745.
- To approve audited financial statement of FY 2073/74 & 2074/75.
- To appointed statutory auditors for FY 2075/76.
- To amend MOA & AOA.
Currently, Its paid up capital is Rs. 1 arba.
