Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 24 Bhadra 2076 has decided to distribute 27.1186% or Rs.32 crore and 17.2168% or Rs. 20.31 crore cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.1.18 arba.
