Chhimek Laghubitta Bitttiya Santha has declared 40% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 18% or Rs. 18 crore bonus shares and 22% or Rs. 22 crore cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs. 1 arba.
