Butwal Power Company Ltd has announced 28% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 21 Mangsir 2075 had decided to distribute 10% Bonus Share and 18% Cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from upcoming Annual General Meeting.
AGM will be held on 27 Poush 2075 at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu. Book will be remains close on 6 Poush to 27 Poush 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 5 Poush 2075 or one day before book close will eligible to take part in AGM & get dividend.
