Asha Laghubitta Biitiya sanstha to issue IPO worth Rs. 6.74 crore from 18 Magh 2075 for general public. The issue will be open till 22 Magh 2075. The laghubitta will be issuing 6,74,000 units of Share at the face value of Rs.100.
It had allocated 0.5% or 10,370 units for employees of company and 5% or 33,700 units for existing mutual funds and remaining 6,29,930 units for general public.
Interested applicants can apply for minimum 10 units & Maximum 3300 units from all the C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
Its paid up capital is Rs.14 crore, After IPO issuance, paid up capital will reach to Rs. 20.74 crore.
Care Nepal has graded grade 4 for IPO.
