Agricultural Development Bank has announced 21.0.53% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 27 Poush 2075 had decided to distribute 6% Bonus Share & 15.053% cash dividend for its shareholders.
Preference shareholder also get 6% cash dividend.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
