The NEPSE index is fall by 6.87 points & closed at 1287.78 points with turnover of 94.96 crore. From the beginning market seems much more volatile, frequent up & down is seen. NEPSE index tested 1315 points twice & market start to fall to 1287.78 points.
Due to profit booking by short term investors, turnover increased but index fall down.
Top turnover of day is made by Bank of Kathmandu promoter share with turnover of 12.29 crore followed by Nabil bank 3.55 crore, Butwal power company with 2.49 crore, Standard chartered bank with 2.30 crore, Prabhu insurance with 2.29 crore, etc.
Top gainer of day is Shrijana finance, stock price up by 9.96% followed by suryodaya laghubitta by 9.94%, Kabeli bikash bank by 9.68%, Nepal insurance co, by 8.14%, National microfinance by 6.17%, etc.
Top looser of day is corporate development bank, stock price fall by 9.77% followed by Butwal power company by 6%, NMB microfinance by 5.59%, Kalika microcredit by 5.41%, Sagarmath insurance by 5.07%, etc.
