Finally, Premier insurance company has listed FPO shares after price adjustment for 13.52% bonus share.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, Premier insurance company has listed FPO shares of 6,59,565 units in NEPSE & sent to respective DEMAT account of shareholders or allottee of FPO.
These shares can be trade within 1 week of listing.
Recently its PIC has made a book close for 13.52% bonus share.
Its paid up capital is 51.44 crore. After bonus adjustment, paid up capital will reach to 58.41 crore. PIC need to hike its capital by 41.59 crore to meet directives of 1 arba capital from Beema samiti.
It had posted net profit of 5.41 crore in the second quarter of FY 2074/75.
