Sindhu Bikas Bank has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 01 Poush 2076 has decided to distribute 11.513% bonus shares and 0.575% lakh cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision should approved by Beema Samiti and Annual general meeting of the company.
Currently its paid up stands at Rs.50 crore.
