Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 10 Aswin 2076 has decided to distribute 12% or Rs. 1.29 crore bonus shares and 0.63% or Rs.6.82 lakh cash dividend including tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.6.06 crore.
