Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 31.58% dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held today has decided to distribute 15% or Rs. 91.00 lakh bonus shares and 16.58% or Rs.1.00 crore cash dividend including tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.6.06 crore.
