Citizens Bank International Limited to convened annual General Meeting (AGM) today; 10 Aswin 2076 at AmritBhog Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, 09:00 am.
Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 30 Bhadra 2076 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM. The book was closed on 3 Bhadra 2076.
The agendas of AGM are:
- To endorse 3% or Rs.25.11 crore bonus shares & 12% or Rs.1.004 arba cash dividend from the income of FY 2075/76
- To approve audited financial statement of FY 2075/76.
- To appoint statutory auditor for FY 2076/77
- To elect 3 members from promoter shareholders group & 1 member from public shareholders group
- Merger & acquisitions will appropriate banks & financial institutions
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs. 8.37 arba.

Those shareholders who hold shares till 28 Bhadra 2076 or one day before book close will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim for dividend.
The major agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 10% or Rs.88.34 crore Bonus shares & 11.0526% or Rs.97.64 crore Cash dividend from the income of FY 2075/76.
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2075/76
- To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/76
- To hike paid up capital to Rs.9.72 arba.
- To acquire appropriate banks & financial institutions.
- To amend MOA and AOA.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.8.83 arba.
