National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has announced 80% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/6.
As notice in the Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 02 Aswin 2076 has proposed 75% or Rs.11.31 crore bonus shares and 5% or Rs.75.44 lakh cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and upcoming Annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.15.08 crore.
