Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced Bonus share & cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held today 18 Bhadra 2076 has decided to distribute 20% or Rs.4.60 crore bonus shares and 13.25% or Rs.3.04 crore cash dividend. It has allocated 1.75% or Rs.40.25 lakh dividend for tax purpose.
Shareholders will get 35% dividend in total after approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.23 crore.
