United Insurance Company (Nepal) to float 240% right shares from 03 Bhadra 2076. The issue will be remains open till 06 Ashoj 2076.
The company will be issuing 1:2.4 or 72,57,600 units of share at the rate of Rs.100.
Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 13 Shrawan 2076 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to apply for 240% right shares.
Eligible shareholders can apply through all C-ASBA approved Banks & financials institutions.
NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.30.24 crore. After issuance of 240% right shares paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.02 arba.
