17th and 18th AGM will be convened on 26 Baishak 2076 at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kathmandu at 10:30 AM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse total 21.15% bonus share, 12.75% from FY 2073/74 and 8.5% from FY 2074/75 Bonus share for shareholders.
- To approve audited financial statement of FY 2073/74 and FY 2074/75.
- To appointed statutory auditors for FY2075/76
- To work as stock brokers through subsidiary company
- Merger/ acquisition with appropriate organizations
- To elect 2 members each from public shareholder group & promoters group
- To amend MOA & AOA.
