Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha announces book close & AGM.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 26 Baishak 2076 at Naubise Agro Resort, 11:00 AM.
The book will be close 09 Baishak 2076. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 08 Baishak 2076 will be eligible to attain AGM & get Dividend.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 15% Bonus shares on Paid up capital Rs.32 crore and 0.79% cash dividend for tax purpose.
- To approve audited financial statement of FY 2074/75.
- To appointed statutory auditors for FY 2075/76.
- To elect 2 board members from public shareholder group.
- To amend MOA & AOA.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs.36.80 crore after adjustment of Bonus Share.
