Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha to issue 100% right shares for shareholders. It had applied for approval from SEBON on 08 Chaitra 2075.
The company will be issuing 1:1 or 10,10,880 units of share at the rate of Rs.100.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manger for right issue.
Its Paid up capital will reach to Rs.20.21 crore after right issuance.
