Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Prabhu Bank Limited for 8% Bonus share.
The Adjusted Price is Rs.210.19 for 8% bonus share. Its Average base price is Rs.272.59. Price before book close Rs.227.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. AGM to be convene on 19 Falgun 2075 at corporate office of the bank, Babarmahal Kathmandu, 1:00 PM.
