Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance Bittya Sanstha to convene AGM on 05 Magh 2075, tomorrow at Chitlang, Makawanpur 11:00 AM.
Those shareholders who had hold the shares till 16 Poush 2075 are eligible to participate in the annual general meeting.
The major agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 8% cash dividend for shareholders
- Merger/Acquisition with appropriate Banks & financial institutions
- to amend MOA & AOA
Other agendas are to endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75 and to appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76.
Its paid up capital is Rs.12.10 crore.
