Today, last day to secure 40% Dividend of Nepal Investment Bank Limited. Those shareholders who hold the shares till today, 10 Poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim for dividend.
Annual General meeting to be held on 29 Poush 2075 at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu,10:00 AM.
The Major agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 18% Bonus Share & 22% cash dividend for shareholders, fraction in bonus distribution will be get 1 units deducting rest amount from Cash dividend.
- To work as Share Broker takingpermission from respective bodies.
- To provide authority from BOD to find out appropriate BFIS for merger/ Acquisitions and asset & liabilities valuation through DDA.
Other agendas are to endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75 & appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.12.56 arba after 18% bonus share. Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.10.64 arba
