Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha to issue 50% right shares from 02 Mangsir 2075. The issue will be remains open till 08 Poush 2075.
The company will be issuing 50% or 2, 40,250 unit shares at the rate of Rs.100 for shareholders.
The book will be close on 13 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 12 Kartik 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible for right share.
Civil Capital limited is appointed as issue manager.
The eligible shareholder can apply from all C- ASBA approved Bank & financial institutions.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.4.80 crore. After 50% right shares, paid up capital will reach to Rs.7.20 crore.
