Global IME Laghubitta Bitttiya Sanstha has announced book close for Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held at Getway Himalayan Resort, Besisahar, Lumjung on 29 Kartik 2075.
The book will remain close from 16 Kartik to 30 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 15 Kartik or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The major agendas of AGM are; to approved 15% bonus share & 0.7875% cash dividend for tax purpose, to endorse audited report of FY2074/75, to appoint auditor of FY2075/76, to discuss on 1:1 right shares issue after bonus distribution, amend MOA & AOA, etc.
