Mero Microfinance has announced for book closure date for annual general meeting (AGM).
The book will be remains close from 17 Ashoj to 9 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 16 Ashoj 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The major agendas of AGM are: to endorse 26.32% dividend – 15% bonus & 11.32 cash dividend for shareholders, to approve 100% right share after adjustment capital of 15% bonus share, to give 1 more share for fraction on right issue, to approve audited statement of FY2074/75, to appoint auditors for FY2075/76, to give permission for directors for necessary amendment in MOA & AOA, etc.
