Last day to bid for auction shares of Prabhu Insurance Company, 24 Bhadra 2075. The auction of unsold right share was opened from 17 Bhadra 2075.
The company is auctioning 15,861.76 units promoter shares and 1,21,154.87 unit ordinary shares.
The interested bidders are urged to place bid for 100 units share quoting price minimum Rs.100 & above.
Prabhu capital has been appointed as issue manager for auction.
Bidder can collect auction forms from Prabhu capital limited, Kathmandu, Branches of prabhu bank – Birjung, Biratnagar, Butwal, Pokhara, Surkhet, Nepaljung, Dhangadi.
Interested bidders are urged to deposit their bid amount in A/C no 13511600631816000007 in Prabhu Bank Limited in the name of “Prabhu Capital Limited”.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.005 arba after adjustment of 46% right shares.
