ICFC Finance has announced book close for AGM. Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 9 Ashoj 2075. The book will be closed from 27 Bhadra to 09 Ashoj 2075.
Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 26 Bhadra or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM & get 8% cash dividend.
The major of agendas of AGM are to endorse the audited report of FY 2074/75, to provide 8% cash dividend to shareholders, appointment of auditors, etc.
130th board meeting of the company decided to distribute 8% or 70,573,792 cash dividend to its shareholders.
Its paid up capital is Rs.88.21 crore.
