Nepal life Insurance’s 43,96,928 units promoter shares has converted to public share

NEPSE has converted 4396928 units promoter shares of Nepal Life Insurance making promoter to public share ratio of the company 60:40.

276th board meeting of company made a decision to change capital structure from 70:30 to 60:40.

Sebon has granted a permission to change capital structure on 16 Shrawan 2075.
