ICFC Finance limited has announced 8% cash dividend from the net profit of Rs.2074/75 to its shareholders.
As per the notice in NEPSE, 130th board meeting of the company decided to distribute 8% or 70,573,792 cash dividend to its shareholders.
The decision is subjected approve from NRB & upcoming AGM of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.88.21 crore.
