Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha limited has announced book closure date for 250% right shares. The book will remain close on 07 Shrawan 2075.
Only those shareholders who get registered in the book on 06 Shrawan or a head of book close will be eligible for right shares.
The company will issue 1:2.5 or 6,00,000 unit shares at the face value of Rs.100 to its shareholders.
NMB capital has been appointed as issue manager for the right issue.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs.8.40 crore after the adjustment of right share.
