The development bank is auctioning 3,37,500 units promoter share & 3,13,713 ordinary shares. It had issued 400% right shares to its shareholders.
Laxmi Capital markets limited is issue manager for the auction shares.
Interest bidder must bid minimum 100 units of ordinary share quoting price Rs.100 or more than Rs.100. Bidders can bid from Laxmi capital, Branches of Laxmi bank Brijung, Biratnagar,Butwal, Pokhara, Surkhet, Naryaghat & Dhangadi & Branches of Green development bank; Baglung, Beni & Pokhra.
Promoter shares can be bid only by existing promoter with minimum 1000 units of share quoting prices Rs.100 or more than Rs.100. Bidders can apply from Laxmi capital & Green development bank, Baglung branch.
The company has urged the bidders submit the bid amount in A/C no 00534010672 of Laxmi Bank & A/C 00121200004942000001 of Green Development Bank in the name of Laxmi Capital markets limited.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs.50 arba after 400% right adjustment.
