Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has listed bonus share of a microfinance company for trading.
As per Nepse, 4,00,000 Units Bonus Shares of Summit Micro Finance Development Bank Ltd. has been listed.
The company had distributed 23.53% bonus shares & 1.24 cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75. These bonus shares are open for trading.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.21 crore.
