Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on 15 Aswin 2076 has decided to distribute 26% or Rs.16.35 crore bonus shares and 14% or Rs.8.80 crore cash dividend including total dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.62.88 crore.
